Chief Engineer and Owner of Evolution Marine, Jeremy (Jem) began as a one-man-plus-van and now employs a highly skilled team in workshops and offices across Plymouth. From a background running a diving business with his Father from 5 years old, he has an extensive career in the marine industry and unmatched marine engineering knowledge. Whether it's operating and skippering passenger boat fleets, worldwide deliveries or major refit projects, there really isn't a box big enough to fit all of his experience in! Our enormous clientele list via only word-of-mouth advertising and reviews is proof of his highly sought after services.

Chrissy

Operations Manager

Our resident Australian sailor with an extensive career at sea and in the marine industry all over the world for almost 20 years (spent mostly as Bosun and in the Engineering sector). If it floats Chrissy has probably worked on it! Chrissy now covers every aspect of operations at Evolution Marine.

Steve

Second Engineer

Our 2nd Engineer Steve has been working on the water in Plymouth since he was 15 years old and spent 14 years of his career as the Plymouth Pilot Boat Coxswain. His extensive boating knowledge is now utilised as a key part of the Evolution Marine team.
